Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and bonded. We carry a $2,000,000 liability policy for your protection. Feel free to request a Certificate of Insurance and we'll gladly send it.
Who will be cleaning my home?
The same team will clean your home at each appointment. This way you know who is your home at each appointment, and we can make sure that things are cleaned the way you like at every cleaning. Most of our team members have been with us for many years.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No – we believe that our work speaks for itself, and we will not ask you to sign a contract.
Are you pet friendly?
Yep - we love pets!!
Do you offer green cleaning?
Yes! We offer green cleaning; just let us know that this is your preference and we'll be sure to provide this service.
How will communication be handled if I decide to hire your service?
We are available anytime via phone or e-mail. If not picked up on the first ring, all phone calls (and all e-mail) are returned promptly.
Am I liable for any payroll taxes?
Not at all – we take care of everything for you; we handle the insurance and payroll taxes for our employees. However, many homeowners are unaware that they are responsible for this with other services that don’t provide for these.
Do I need to be at home during my cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home if wish to be gone during the appointment. Most of our customers entrust us with a key or garage code – which are kept secure. Otherwise, you can provide us with another method of access to your home and we’ll lock up when we leave.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies & equipment?
Yes, we provide all of the equipment and supplies required for your home’s cleaning. If you have any preferred products, please let us know.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made via Check, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal.
How do I request an estimate?
We can provide an estimate via phone/e-mail (just send us a description of your home including rooms, flooring type, and approximate square footage). Or you can set up an in-home estimate as well. Please contact us today for an estimate.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Of course! Just contact us and we'll help you figure out the appropriate amount for the gift card

Please see our Services page to view what is cleaned at every appointment. If there’s anything you’d like to add for your cleaning, just let us know – you’re cleaning is customized for you.
What if I'm unhappy after a cleaning?
If you're unhappy with a cleaning, we'll come back to correct any problems within 48 hours.
