same team will clean your home at each appointment. This
way, you know who is your home at each appointment, and we
can make sure that things are cleaned the way you like at
every cleaning.

Do I have to sign a contract? |

No – we believe that our work speaks for itself, and will
not ask you to sign a contract of any kind.

will communication be handled if I decide to hire your
service? |

We are
available anytime via phone or e-mail. If not picked up on
the first ring, all phone calls are returned within 3
hours. All e-mails are returned within 2 hours.

What
will I need to do prior to the cleaning? |

We
just ask that you pick up any clothing, household items, or
any paperwork that’s important to you. This way, something
important does not get misplaced.

Am I
liable for insurance, employment taxes, or workers comp? |

Not at all – we
take care of everything for you. However, many homeowners
are unaware that they are liable for this with other
services that don’t provide for these.

Do I
need to be home during the cleaning appointment? |

No, you don’t
need to be home if wish to be gone during the appointment.
Most of our customers entrust us with a key or garage code –
which are kept secure. Otherwise, you can provide us with
another method of access to your home and we’ll lock up when

if I want to change my scheduled cleaning? |

Do you
provide your own cleaning supplies & equipment? |

Yes,
we provide all of the equipment and supplies required for
your home’s cleaning. If you have any preferred products,
please let us know.

We have a number of customers who prefer this, just let us

Payment can

can I get an estimate? |

We
can provide an estimate via phone/e-mail (just send us a
description of your home including rooms, flooring type, and
approximate square footage). Or you can set up an in-home
estimate as well.

This is VERY
prevalent in this business – you really have to make sure
you are asking the right questions. We are a small business
that is family owned & operated, and we take it seriously.
We are a registered S-Corp, we’re insured/bonded, we provide
workers comp for our employees, and we take care of our
employees (you have to in order to keep the best). We pride
ourselves on being a small business that is not a large
chain – so we are more invested in our work. We cover all
the bases, and make sure our employees and customers are
